These terms apply to all orders placed on books.rcnghana.org, the online bookshop of Remnant Christian Network (RCN) Ghana. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and prices
All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). An order is confirmed once payment has been received through Paystack. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Paystack using Mobile Money or debit and credit cards. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
We deliver within Greater Accra and to other regions of Ghana. The delivery fee is not charged online: you pay it directly to the rider or courier when your order arrives. Delivery times vary by location, and we will contact you by phone to arrange delivery.
